WHAT IS IT?
Animal Flow can be done anytime, anywhere, on your own or in a group and with no equipment needed it's accessible to all. It is a movement based, body weight training program drawing elements from many areas including yoga, gymnastics, bodyweight & martial arts.
Animal flow can increase and improve mobility, flexibility, stability, power, endurance and neuromuscular development. Moves can be adapted to suit all abilities.
Use Animal Flow as a standalone practice or incorporate it into your existing programme to strengthen and support your principal workouts and events. Whether you focus on form specific stretches to target key muscle groups or perfect your switches & transitions in order to progress to combining moves together into continuous flows, Animal Flow can be altered to suit your needs and achieve specific results.
