ANIMAL FLOW IS BACK FOR THE NEW YEAR
Classes one Sunday a month; February 10th, March 3rd, April 7th 2019.
Come and join us to see how Animal Flow can support your wider fitness programmes, health & wellbeing.
Based on feedback from our last class we are going to split the session in two; ANIMAL FLOW moves, stretches, transitions followed by a workout format incorporating ANIMAL FLOW moves and flows. Each month we will adding new moves and finishing with a fun and varied workout session, suitable for a range of ages and fitness levels.
